I used a bush as a backdrop, much like my research. The outcome is slightly under exposed with a harsh shadow under the eye area.
I used the exposure tool to lighten the whole image. I increased the whites to brighten the image and the clarity to sharpen it.
By cropping out some of the leaves and arm it helped to clean up the image and improve the compostition.
I am pleased with the outcome of the edit. I have managed to brighten the image and improve the composition.
