Outline: For this shoot I will be completeting a fashion shoot. My previous shoots had bad lighting and harsh eye shadows so my main aim is to avoid this. I am focusing more on creating strong and colourful outcomes, especially wanting to use the subjects pose to create shapes and fill the frame strongly.
Target audience: My target audience for the images are young adults, of a student/ grad background who are interested in art and fashion. I will keep this in mind whilst shooting and make sure I refer to my chosen magazine, 1 Granary.
Lighting: For this shoot I will use flash and natural lighting. I plan for the lighting to be quite even, but still have highlights and shadows for a natural look. I am particularly focusing on not allowing eye shadows, so will be extra cautious and shoot in the shade more when needed.
Background: I will be shooting outside. My chosen location is in a garden, so there are lots of trees and plants that would make good backgrounds. There are also lots of props that I could use, such as a basket ball hoop, a yellow tree house slide and other things like chairs.
Subject: I will be using my younger sister as I am limited with my options due to the restrictions regarding covid 19. I chose her as she has brightly coloured hair, which I thought would work with the type of shoot I am planning and would be relevent to my target audience.
Inspiration: My inspiration comes from thestyle present in the magazine, 1 Granary.

PATRICIA IMBARUS
I chose this image as inswpiration due to the plants and the model against them. The plants frame the model and add a peaceful natural atmosphere to the image and create a sense of high fashion. I feel as if I could get creative with the type of outfit and either contrast or compliment the green plants to focus of bright colours and fashion.

PATRICIA IMBARUS
I also chose this image due to the subjects presence in the frame. She stands central but her pose takes up a lot of the frame in an interesting way. The clothes also compliment the sky and allow the subject and the background to work together and be relevant.

Charlotte Rutherford
Rutherford creates studio portraits. She uses bright colours and often uses hair styles to create shapes. I chose this image as inspiration because of how strong t looks. I like the strong colours and using a side profile for a potrait.

Eddie Chacon
Using nature as a background for a fashion shot. This is somehting that I will be doing in my shoot.
