BBC News In pictures: Daily life with the coronavirus
The BBC have been publishing daily photo stories containing images from various artists, documenting the pandemic. The theme for this story is ‘Daily life with the coronavirus’. The theme for the story is quite broad, but it works in the sense that each image is connected clearly but not too similar. Each image is landscape and has been taken in colour which works well in forming a series that has not been shot by the same person, therefore it stops each image from differing too much. I like the fact the series shows the life with coronavirus across various places. It gives us an insight into how different countries are coping with lockdown and living in a pandemic. It also portrays the culture of each place within the shot, from clothes, to builidngs and lanscapes. The divesity of the places make each image indivdual but the common theme of community during a pandemic are what makes it a series.
